Mr. Sidney Adam Hudson, the son of the late Adam and Girlie L. Hudson, was born on February 23, 1955, in Varnville, South Carolina. He entered eternal rest on May 27, 2018, at Hospice of Charleston in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

 

He recently confessed a hope and belief in Christ and joined the Lively Stone Temple Apostolic Ministries, Inc. in Islandton, South Carolina. He was educated in the public schools of Hampton, South Carolina. His special trade was Carpentry.

 

In addition to his parents, preceding him in death was: one son, Mr. Delbert M. Grant; one brother, Mr. Henry Mack (Gloria) Hudson; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. Sidney and Ethel M. Lingard.

 

Cherishing fond memories are:  His (4) children: (1) daughter, Mrs. Luverta (Timon) Howell of Barnwell, South Carolina and (3) sons: Mr. Adam (Mary) Williams of Kansas City, Missouri, Mr. Jeremy (Regina) White of Augusta, Georgia, and Mr. Todd (Chandra) Grant of Varnville, South Carolina; (2) Sisters, Mrs. Gerline Smith of Islandton, South Carolina, and Mrs. Sylvan (Bruce) Brown of Varnville, South Carolina; (4) Aunts, Mrs. Maggie Robinson, Mrs. Geracher Outing, and Mrs. Dora Lingard, all of Varnville, South Carolina, and Mrs. Lennis Grant of Brooklyn, New York; (1) Uncle, Mr. Andrew (Iola) Lingard of Varnville, South Carolina; A special cousin, Mr. Walter Lee Lingard of Varnville, South Carolina; A devoted friend, Pastor Daniel Heyward, of Varnville, South Carolina; Special friends: Mrs. Lillie (Matthew) Bing, and Mr. James “JB” Brown all from Varnville, South Carolina; and a host of cousins and friends.
